Booking Guests for the Craft Beer Podcast

As a general rule we reach out to the people who appear on the Craft Beer Podcast.

If you would like to be a guest on the Craft Beer Podcast, or if you have a client that you would like to book on the Craft Beer Podcast please send an email to [email protected] with “Potential Guest for the Craft Beer Podcast” in the subject line.

Please include information covering why you think that this person would be a good guest for our podcasts well as the potential guest’s social media links and website.

We will reply letting you know if we are interested.

Our Two Step Process 

If we are interested there is a simple two-step process.

Step One – We have a brief phone call with the potential guest to go chat with them to briefly ascertain if they are a good fit for our podcast.

Assuming they are a good fit – during that same phone call we go over the recording game plan we use and we schedule a time to record their podcast.

Step Two – Involves our dry run prep chat & recording the podcast itself.

The dry run prep chat takes about 20-30 minutes, and recording the podcast takes 30-59 minutes.

Our goal is for each podcast to be 40 minutes long. Depending on the guest & the topic, some podcasts are slightly shorter that 40 minutes and some are slightly longer than 40 minutes.
